We Are A Family
The Program
The CHIP’s Program is designed to help reduce barriers to workforce entry for minority residents here in Hamilton, Ohio. We partner with employers to provide opportunities for you to work locally, make a livable wage, and create pathways for your future success.
The Positions
CHIPs positions will vary each program cycle, but will include in-demand sectors such as healthcare, advanced manufacturing, marketing, education, information technology (IT), public administration, and more!
The Pay
Participants in the program can expect to work roughly 15-20 hours a week, for an hourly base rate of $15 an hour. You will receive copious ongoing support and training during the program that will leave you with priceless knowledge and a strong foundation to grow on.
